Stephania Saldana was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is a proud Las Vegas local. She has a passion for helping others and has centered her career on advocacy and engaging with high-risk groups and underserved communities. Her experience includes but is not limited to Victim/Survivor Advocacy, Juvenile Diversion, Restorative Justice, Crisis Intervention, and Child-Focused Initiatives. She takes pride in her leadership style, centered around creating a safe, positive, and supportive working environment. Stephania believes that the greatest investment a community can make is to invest in its children, that is what brought her to the Vegas Force Team.

EXPERIENCE
10 Years of Advocacy Experience in the fields of Criminal Justice, Youth Diversion, Victim/Survivor Rights, and Reproductive Justice.
Restorative Justice Practitioner, promotes and advocates for restorative justice in all settings and is trained and operates restorative circles in the community.
Ran a Youth Diversion Program in partnership with Clark County and works with at-risk youth from all walks of life, most recently youth impacted by gang culture and violence.
