Jason Howzell is the Founder and CEO of Dojo32, LLC, a sports organization dedicated to advancing girls flag football through elite competition, athlete development, and innovative event experiences.

As the creator of the Las Vegas Flag Football International Invitational, Jason has established one of the nation’s premier international girls flag football tournaments, bringing together top high school and club programs from across the United States and around the world. His expertise spans tournament operations, event production, strategic partnerships, sponsorship development, media integration, and athlete exposure initiatives.

Under his leadership, Dojo32 has built relationships with national streaming platforms, corporate partners, and community organizations to create a world-class experience for athletes, coaches, and families. Driven by a passion for growing the game, Jason continues to champion opportunities that elevate female athletes while positioning flag football as one of the fastest-growing sports on the global stage.
