Vegas Force Foundation exists to empower youth through sports, education, mentorship, and community engagement. Through our partnership with SAFY of Nevada, we are expanding that mission to serve foster youth in Clark County who are preparing to transition into adulthood.

Each year, youth age out of foster care without the life skills, workforce readiness, and stable adult connections necessary for long-term independence. Without intervention, many face higher risks of unemployment, housing instability, and long-term reliance on public systems.
​
The Foster Youth Independence Program is a structured, three-year initiative serving foster youth ages 14–16. Built on four pillars — Leadership, Employability, Alliance, and Development — participants complete monthly workshops, receive consistent mentorship, engage in experiential learning, and build individualized Independence Plans that prepare them for adulthood.

A $2,500 investment sponsors one youth for a full year of structured development. Every contribution, at any level, helps strengthen protective factors before youth reach emancipation age.
